About Lisa Dadd

Finding the sweet spot between passion & talent, Lisa Dadd guides high-achieving professionals to discover new and unique possibilities for their careers. The expanded perception of what is possible for how we make a living allows us to really consider what kind of life we want to live. Leveraging fifteen years of strategic business skills, and cultivating insights from her current entrepreneurial and personal adventures, her mission is to provide practical, relevant advice for anyone tired of feeling stuck and ready to take action.

Lisa's true passion is blurring the lines between work and play & empowering others do the same! Why stick with the status quo when there are so many other fabulous options?

It all started when she chose to walk away from a successful career at a Fortune 100 company without having a clue what she would do! She just desperately needed to find more meaning, purpose, and fun! Lisa decided to to re-design her career and re-define what it meant to be successful.

That decision to invest in what she was meant to be in life, rather than settle for what she was doing for a living, inspired her to seek out others who had also turned in their day jobs to follow their passions. In her first book, Finding Fabulous, Paving the Path between Paycheck and Passion, she shares what she learned from those interviews and dares others to consider whether or not they are living their own version of fabulous.

Taking her own advice, she has intentionally redesigned her life to allow more time and flexibility to travel, learn new skills, and explore new business opportunities. Exemplifying what it means to "blur the lines", her greatest inspirations have come from her adventures driving across North America with her dog Leo and hiking to the Base Camp of Mt. Everest and the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

Currently, Lisa writes, consults and speaks on topics related to lifestyle and career redesign, including Redefining Success, Expanding Perceptions of Possible, and Play Your Way to Greatness.
